A couple of enforced changes for England for the 4th Test with Andrew Flintoff and Matt Prior both out of contention. In for Matt Prior - who returned to England to see his new born child - is Tim Ambrose who last played against South Africa last summer. Replacing Flintoff isn't as easy, England may well have played Prior at six along with five bowlers had he been available, the liklehood now is that England will revert to a specialist batsman at six with Ian Bell and Ravi Bopara in contention. Only playing four bowlers could prove to be risky with Harmison having back problems and Graeme Swann's elbow causing him concern, not to mention Anderson and Harmison's potential waywardness.
The West Indies have a far lesser selection headache. Lendl Simmons is still patiently waiting for his chance - possibly at the expense of Ryan Hinds or Devon Smith, while can Daren Powell continue as a front line bowling option when he seems to be more effective with the bat than the ball these days. It remains to be seen whether the West Indies will change a team that fought so well to earn a draw last time out.
Probable Teams
West Indies - Gayle(C), Devon Smith, Sarwan, Hinds, Chanderpaul, Nash, Ramdin(WK), Taylor, Powell, Benn, Edwards
England - Strauss(C), Cook, Shah, Pietersen, Collingwood, Bopara, Ambrose(WK), Broad, Swann, Anderson, Harmison
