New South Wales left handed opening batsman Phillip Hughes looks set to make his debut in the 1st Test Match in Johannesburg on Thursday. The Aussies have named a twelve man squad leaving out the two touring spinners in favour of an all pace line up, all that remains to be seen is which four of the five seemers they choose - with probally only Mitchell Johnson and Peter Siddle assured of their places. Michael Clarke's back problem would appear to have eased off as he is named in squad.

South Africa look set to start with the same team that beat the Australian's over the Christmas period with Ashwell Prince not able to force his way back in having recovered from the broken thumb that kept him out of the previous series.
