Free Betting Guide

Betting Guide to over £800 in Free Bets

Welcome to your betting guide to free bets. The purpose of this booklet is to guide you through the process of getting the free bets offered and how to get the maximum value out of them. Sometimes without knowing it you can penalise yourself when opening your accounts, this betting guide should enable you to avoid doing this. It is important to use the links from an affiliate website such as www.betfree247.com to go to the bookmakers sites as with some bookmakers they won’t give you an offer if you go to them direct.

In some cases the amount of your free bet can depend on your 1st deposit (there are a couple in this booklet), though this is more common when you open a casino or games account. The majority of the bets listed in this booklet are based on your first bet so read it carefully and in order to gain the maximum value of the free bets on offer make sure you follow the set guide lines. It is also advisable to check the bookmakers Terms and Condition’s.

All the bets listed in this betting guide were correct at the time of writing, it is recommended that you check with the individual bookmakers prior to opening an account as they from time to time change the free bet offers. Some bookmakers also have a habit of withdrawing the free bet offers during a period of expected high gambling volume – i.e Grand National week so again it advisable to check first.

888SPORT £50 FREE BET OFFER

The 888Sport £50 free bet offer comes in three sections. First you need to open an account and place a bet of £15 at odds of evens (2.0) or greater, 888sport will then credit your account with a free £15 betting token.

15.00 Aston Villa 4/9 Boylesports V Stoke 9/1 Bet365 Draw 7/2 Sky Bet

Two six pointers today see Hull taking on Blackburn and in the Live TV game on Setanta Bolton take on Newcastle. Hull's disasterous run continued last week with defeat to Tottenham dragging them right into the mix. Blackburn, after their initial great start under Sam Allardyce now have only one win in seven in the League.

Bolton with two wins - both at home - in their last three games will be looking to continue that home form against a Newcastle team starting to find a bit of form at the right time. Newcastle are unbeaten in three games now and are starting to get some of their injured players back, Obafemi Martins and Alan Smith are fit enough to make the squad this week.

The other two games see a rare midtable fixture with not much riding on it between West Ham and Man City, while Aston Villa will be looking to consolidate their place in the top four after Arsenal's latest slip when they take on struggling Stoke at Villa Park.

South Africa V Australia 1st Test Day 4 Betting

At the end of the third days play Australia are favourites with William Hill (£25 is available to bet free with). The day was again cut short by bad light and rain but the time available enabled the Aussies to tighten their grip on the match. South Africa started the day on 85 for 3 and soon found themselves in more trouble when McKenzie was given out lbw in just the fourth over, it didn't get much better after that as South Africa limped to 220 all out, an unbeaten century from AB de Villiers was the only resistance.

Australia decided against enforcing the follow-on and will be looking to build on their 297 run lead quickly in the morning as there is rain forcast again tomorrow. When the declaration finally comes it remains to be seen if South Africa can be as poor with the bat again, in similar circumstances last year they collapsed against England in their 1st innings - not reaching the follow on target - and then comfortably batted for two days to secure the draw.

Australia are 10/11 with William Hill
Draw is Evens with Ladbrokes
South Africa are 28/1 with BetVictor (£25 BetVictor Free Bet is available).

West Indies V England 4th Test Day 3 Betting

Draw is the 4/6 favourite with William Hill
England are 13/10 with Bet365
West Indies are 40/1 with Boylesports

At the end of play on Day 2 the bookies still think England are going to struggle to get the 20 West Indies wickets needed to win as they have eased the draw into a best priced 4/6 with William Hill. England again dominated scoring a massive 600 for 6 declared with a debut century for Ravi Bopara, Paul Collingwood also scored 96 and then unlike an English batsman got himself out trying to bring up his century with a big hit.

Despite losing the early wicket of Chris Gayle the West Indies batsmen looked fairly untroubled by Engalnds bowling scoring at a touch under four an over during the last session, without any real further scares they finished the day on 85 for 1. In the bowling department Fidel Edwards was the only real threat taking 3/151 off 30 overs, not great looking figures but you need to take into consideration that three or four catches were put down off his tireless bowling as the West Indies again let themselves down in the field.

South Africa V Australia 1st Test Day 2

Australia are in complete control of the 2nd Test at the end of day 2. A magnificent 117 run partnership between Mitchell Johnson and Marcus North who scored a century on debut see the Aussies cut to a best priced 2/1 with Bet365. South Africa who recovered to 85/3 at the close were in all sorts of trouble in the early stage of their innings having been 2/2 after just eight balls.

The draw is still odds on favourite at 5/8 with Sportingbet
South Africa are 16/1 with Paddy Power
Australia are 2/1 with Bet365

15.00 Chelsea 1/3 Ladbrokes V Wigan 14/1 Blue Sq Draw 4/1 Betfred

15.00 Middlesbrough 4/1 Skybet V Liverpool 5/6 Paddy Power Draw 5/2 Boylesports

Plenty at stake at both the top and bottom ends of the table in this afternoon’s Premier League fixtures. After a run of goalless matches were Arsenal have struggled to break down teams who come to the Emirates just to defend the last thing they’ll want to see is Fulham parking their team bus across the front of their goal. The Gunners haven’t been converting too many chances lately and Fulham could be just the side to frustrate them further, but on the flip side someone could be in for a good thrashing soon if – and when - the Gunners manage to click.

Chelsea are another side who have been suffering with home form lately, the arrival of Gus Hiddink though seems to have breathed new live into them, in particular Didier Drogba whom he has been playing up front as well as Nicolas Anelka – something Scolari seemed reluctant to do. Wigan have gone a bit off the boil lately drawing their last three games 0-0, the winter transfer window departures look to be taking their toll on them with a lack of goals. Steve Bruce it would appear is focusing his attention on the upcoming so called winnable fixtures against West Ham and Sunderland over the next week opening the door for Chelsea to close the gap on the top two.

At the Riverside Middlesbrough will be looking to bring their FA Cup form into the league – where they haven’t won for 14 matches now – when they take on Liverpool toady, boro have had two good results against West Ham in the Cup lately but like their opponents today seem to struggle to transform Cup form into League form. The Reds are coming off the back of a mad week of rumours and resignations or sackings alongside a magnificent 1-0 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League and will be hoping to repeat that win and start picking up League points in an attempt to close the gap on Man Utd who haven’t got a league game this weekend.

West Indies V England 4th Test Day 1

After winning the toss and choosing to bat England might well have ended up a touch disappointed by the close of play. After getting off to a flying start with a 229 run opening partnership England lost their way a touch in the final session with the loss of three wickets. Andrew Strauss continued his excellent form as captain with another century while Alastair Cook supported him with 94 on a pitch that looks good to bat on.

West Indies fought back well in the final session of the day slowing the run rate down while taking three wickets and they so nearly picked up the vital wicket of Kevin Pietersen minutes before the close. The bookies have eased the Windies out to 16/1 at the close with the draw odds on favourite as it's hard to see anyone taking 20 wickets on this pitch.

Latest Odds

West Indies 16/1 with Blue Square
England 13/10 with Totesport
Draw 4/5 with William Hill

South Africa V Australia 1st Test Day 1

At the end of Day 1 the Aussies reached 254 for 5, the bookies now have the draw odds on favourite. The South Africans got off to the better start picking up the wicket of Phil Hughes in the first over and had them three down by lunch, it could have been far worse for Australia had Graeme Smith held onto a simple chance from Ponting when he was on 40 towards the end of the morning session.

After lunch the Aussies fought back with half centuries from Ricky Ponting and Michael Clarke before Marcus North and Brad Haddin steadied the ship before an early finish. With overs lost today and bad weather in the area the draw has been cut into a best priced 5/8 with Sportingbet.

Latest Odds

South Africa 9/2 with William Hill
Australia 7/2 with Betfred
Draw 5/8 with Sportingbet

21.00 Taylor 3/10 Boylesports Wade 7/1 Stan James Draw 13/2 Sky Bet

22.00 Barneveld 8/11 Totesport Jenkins 5/2 Blue Square Draw 9/2 Ladbrokes

Week 4 of the Whyte and Mackay Premier League Darts comes to you from Odyssey Arena in Belfast. The league table is starting to take shape now and it's showing that John Part and Wayne Mardle could be doing better, Part took an 8-2 thrashing from Mervyn King last week but before that looked quite impressive holding both Barney and Wade to draws. Mardle though will probally be happy with his position after last seasons start and losing this years opener 8-1 also to King. Expect it to be a tight game with Part possibly edging it 8-6.

Mervyn King is in the best form of his career at the moment, the switch to the PDC seems to have worked forcing him to up his game. Tonight he comes up against Jelle Klaasen who is bottom of the table and struggling at the moment, probally still finding his feet. There is a performance in there waiting to happen from Klaasen and one week he will come to the party and hammer someone, can't see it happening tonight though as King is just playing to well at the moment and i would expect him to win this quite comfortably.

Taylor has been churning out results - only drawing last week though - without really hitting top gear yet, depending on which Wade turns up tonight that could change if he needs it to, if the Wade that won seven legs in a row at an average of 120 in Coventry last week turns up we could be in for a special match, if the Wade that lost 8-1 the week before turns up it could be another embarrassment for him.

Barney could do with getting his league campaign off to a start tonight, joint bottom with only one point is not a position we're used to seeing him in, he must of thought he was well on course to register his first win last week until that Wade blitz, surely he's experienced enough though to just brush that off and put it down to one of those things out of his control. Terry Jenkins showed signs of a return to top form last week with a typical battling draw with Phil Taylor, although if you want to be ultra critical you could say he should have won from a position of 6-4 up. Not sure what to expect from Barney as he could turn up hit form and thrash Jenkins, but if recent form is anything to go on Jenkins looks good value at 5/2 with Blue Square.
