Firstly you need to place an outright single bet (win only, not each way, yankee etc) at odds of evens or better of £25 and Blue Square will give you a free betting token of £25. It's almost upon us, friday sees the start of the latest ODI series between in-form India and an England side hoping to build upon the end of season improvement shown against South Africa.
