England got the 1st Innings total they where looking for when they declared on 546 for 6 leaving West Indies 19 overs to bat out last night, during this time they managed to lose Devon Smith who totally missed a straight one from Monty Panesar with a lazy looking shot.

The bookies clearly don't give England much chance as they now have the draw favoutite at a best priced 4/9 with Totesport. The pitch looks very flat again and once the new ball is seen off their dosen't look to be anything in it for the seamers, it would appear England got their selection right in picking two spinners as they look like being the only chance Engalnd have in picking up the remaining 19 wickets they need.
