Premier League Winner Odds Movement

Today saw another big move in the odds to win the Premier League as Manchester United extended their lead over Manchester City to 7 points with their last gasp win over Newcastle United at Old Trafford. And while they were doing that, Manchester City's title hopes faded again with defeat at Sunderland.

The best price with a small selection of online bookmakers for United is now 2/5 favourites, and City are 2nd favourites at around 4/1 now. The biggest mover of all seems to be Chelsea who are now available at between 6 and 8/1. While Arsenal are available at a token 80/1.

With the fact that United generally get stronger after Christmas, it's hard too see City catching them. But they still keep going behind in games, and I keep asking myself can they keep coming back and winning from losing positions? And at the moment, the answer is yes.

But the other factor in this, is that City don't look capable of putting a run together. In a way, United could be there for the taking if they keep conceding like they have been, but City look incapable of catching them.

So could Chelsea be dark horses? My immediate answer to that question would be no, but if they make a couple of decent January signings, then who knows.

Realistically though, they would surely need to go unbeaten for the rest of the season and would need to put an outstanding run of about 10 or 11 wins together, in their next 12 games to stand any chance.

It's a tall order, but stupider things have happened.

Premier League relegation odds

Aston Villa's short lived revival came to a more than abrupt ending today with their (narrow) 8-0 defeat at Chelsea. They were on the back of a good run by their standards, but today's thrashing has seen them come back in to a best price of 9/2 to be relegated, with Ladbrokes.

There is a bit of a so called reverse 'Big 4' in the relegation stakes, with Reading, QPR, Southampton and Wigan cut adrift with the layers.

Reading are a best price of 1/7 and as short as 1/11 with some online bookmakers while QPR are 8/13. The bookmakers seem to think they are both already gone.

With Wigan and Southampton, the odds are a bit more competitive. Southampton are 3rd favourites at 5/6 with most online layers, and Wigan are a stand out price of 6/4 with BetVictor, and between Evens and 11/8 with most of the rest of the field.

Villa look to represent value at the moment. Despite their good run lately, I still think they are in danger as they have such a young inexperienced side. In my view they are only a long term injury for Christian Benteke away from being in serious relegation trouble.

Next Manager to be sacked

Brian McDermott still finds himself as the favourite to be the next manager sacked in the premier league. He is 5/4 favourite with BetVictor and is 6/5 with Skybet. Martin O'Neill is second favourite and is out at 11/2 with some online bookmakers after Saturday's 1-0 win over Southampton.

Over the past few weeks this market has seen Nigel Adkins, Martin O'Neill and Brian McDermott all backed in to favourites, and all trade in to around the Even money mark, meaning another result for the online bookmakers.

Amazingly (for me anyway), Arsene Wenger was third favourite a couple of weeks back, he is now out to 16/1 on the back of three straight premier league victories.

Nigel Adkins is another manager to drift in the betting on the back of a decent run of results. He was favourite a few short weeks back, and he is now out at sixth favourite at 20/1, longer odds than both Wenger and Roberto Mancini, when only 3 to 4 weeks back, he was around Even money favourite.

Just goes to show the fickle nature of this particular market.

A Quick Update

I know I haven't posted for a while, as it is downtime before the start of the new football season I have been trying to catch up on personal issues like tax returns and all the loose ends attributed to being self employed, all really interesting stuff!!

Anyway, I just wanted to let all my handful of readers know that I am still around and I will be picking up where I have left off fairly soon and cashing in more free bets and blogging about it. I will also be back on the case of trying to find more great offers and bringing them to all 3 or 4 of you :)

While I'm away, don't forget there are free bets available with all the bookmakers listed in the column on the right hand side of this website, so why not take advantage of them in the meantime. These can be used to bet free with by customers opening new accounts.

Another £50 Free Bet from BET365

Last Sunday's Euro2012 quarter-final match between England and Italy seen yet another £50 Free Bet for existing BET365 customers to be used in-running, which meant more profits for us.

To qualify for this bet all you need to do is place a pre match bet and then place a bet in-running for the same amount (as your pre match bet).  If the in-running bet then loses, BET365 will give you the in-running stake back. The maximum amount you can bet to qualify is £50.

So last Sunday I backed the draw pre match at 3 (2/1) on BET365 for £50 to win £100, I then layed the Draw on Betfair at 3.05 for £50 (£47.50 after commission) to lose £102.50, which meant I got back £150 either way, but it cost me £152.50 to place the bets, meaning a loss of £2.50 on the qualifying bet - which is good value in my opinion.

So with the qualifying bet safely in place I waited for the match to start and had planned to back Over 2.5 goals when it reached 2/1 (this is my favoured method of cashing in this free bet), which wasn't to take long. The problem was, BET365's site had crashed, which meant I missed this price.

Anyway, that got fixed and at half time I managed to use my £50 Free Bet with (BET365) on backing no goals at 3.5 (5/2), giving me a (potential) return of £175, (£125 winnings and my £50 stake back).

To cover this and guarantee myself a profit I layed 0-0 on Betfair at 3.8 for £16 (loss of £44.80) at HT, I then layed more at various staged intervals (rather than all at HT) as I fancied 0-0 anyway. The second lay came about 5-10 minutes into the 2nd half and was for £11 at 3.5 (loss of £27.50), before again doing a small lay in the final 5 minutes of £10 at 1.21 (loss of £2.10).

This gave me a total Betfair loss of £74.40, with a green upwards of £30 after commission (don't have exact figure) had it not finished 0-0.

As we all know, the game finished 0-0, meaning I won £125 from BET365 and I lost £74.40 on Betfair. As I had already lost £2.50 on my qualifying bet, this meant I made an overall profit of £48.10, taking the risk free money pot up to £700.15.

And the good news doesn't stop there. Because of the problems experienced with BET365's site crashing during the 1st half of the game, they have generously credited my account with £50 to say sorry. I have to say that I think this is very generous and I have to applaud BET365 for great customers services with this magnificent gesture.

Paddy Power Phone Account Profits

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, this is the first of two decent earners I made during the Euro's that I need to update the site with.

To start with, going back to the Sweden V England group game on 15/06/12, I made a nice return using Paddy Power's enhanced price offer on England for all new phone accounts.

England were on offer at 100/30 (compared to the general price of around 5/4) to anyone opening a new phone account, at the same time they were available to lay for between 2.4 and 2.5 on Betfair.

The maximum bet you could place (with Paddy Power) was £100, so we (my Missus) phoned up and opened a new phone account and placed £100 on England at 100/30, guaranteeing a return (from Paddy) of £433.33.

I then went on Betfair and layed England at 2.46 for £180. This left me with a red of £262.80 on England, and a green on Sweden or the Draw of £171 after commission. This meant that my total outlay for the bet was £363.80, and I was guaranteed a minimum return of £433.33 before a ball was even kicked - no matter what happened in the match.

Breaking that down, this meant that had England not won, I would have lost my £100 stake with Paddy (by the way, the Paddy Power free bet is for £50), but I would have won £171 on Betfair, giving me a return of £71.

Or if England won (which they obviously did), I got £433.33 from Paddy Power, £100 stake back + £333.33 winnings, and I lost £262.80 on Betfair - leaving me with an overall profit of £70.53.

This takes the over all free easy money profits pot up to £652.05

I have noticed on Twitter that Paddy Power sometimes do offers like this through their Facebook page for existing (I think) customers, so it could be something worth keeping an eye on.

Profits with Bet365, £50 Free Bet

Apologies for not posting sooner, been a busy few days for me, but that's no real excuse for the length of time since my last post.

Last Sunday week, 10th June, Bet365 did another one of their £50.00 free bet offers for existing members, this time on the Spain V Italy game.

This time I made sure I cashed in and made a nice profit (unlike the last time). I matched my pre match qualifying bet up by backing Spain on Bet365 for £50.00 at 4/5, while I layed Spain on Betfair for a small loss of £2.14.

Then in running I used the £50.00 free bet to back Over 2.5 goals at 2/1, standing to win me £100.00. I then layed Over 2.5 on Betfair for £23.75, leaving me a red of £58.75.

This left me standing to gain more money (£31.25) in the unlikely event of the game finishing Over 2.5 goals. I was happy with that, as the price to lay Over 2.5 goals was too high and I was losing value, that's why I settled for only taking £23.75 in the event of Under 2.5 goals coming in.

Anyway, there was a quick fire two goals midway through the 2nd half and this allowed me lay Over 2.5 goals more cheaply for another £9.73, at a cost of £8.00.

This left me in the position of winning £100.00 from Bet365 if there was Over 2.5 goals, while I would have lost £68.48 on Betfair, a profit of £31.52.

Conversely, it left me in the position of having £33.48 green on Betfair, should it finish Under 2,5 goals - as it eventually did.

Remember I would get my £50.00 back from Bet365 no matter what, as it was a risk free bet.

In the end I won the £33.48 on Betfair and got my £50.00 back from Bet 365. Taking away the £2.14 I lost matching up my £50.00 qualifying bet, this left me with a nice profit of £31.34, taking the risk free money pot up to £581.52.

Remember, Bet365 run these offers quite regularly, it is well worth getting an account just for these offers alone.

If anybody has any questions regarding the techniques I use to profit from these offers, or if I've not explained it very clearly (more than likely the case) in this blog post, then feel free to leave a comment and I'll try and explain things in more detail. Please feel free to ask any questions.

£88 Free Bets offer from 888Sport for Euro 2012

If you haven't already got an 888sport account and are planning on placing a lot of Euro 2012 bets, then now could the time to get one and cash in on their Euro 2012 free bets offer. Their usual free bets offer is for £50, but over the course of the football tournament they are upping it to a nice looking £88.

888sport EURO2012 300x250
888sport online betting

I've looked at the offer though and it looks like very hard work, a total of 22 bets is required at odds of Evens and better - this is why I stated above that it could be right for you, but only if you are planning on being a busy gambler over the next 30 days.

So in a nutshell, if you're planning on having a lot of bets at Evens or better, then this could work for you - otherwise just wait until the offer finishes and the free bet reverts back to the straight £50 free bet, as this is a much more straight forward (and my preferred) way of cashing in the offer.

Be sure to check the Terms and Conditions before getting involved and rest assured, I will be keeping my eye out for more Euro 2012 offers.

The Magnificent William Hill Risk Free Offers

Apologies for the lack of updates over the last 10 days, I can assure all that this is certainly not down to having nothing to write about!

I have mentioned it enough times on here before that getting a William Hill account is paramount for anybody who is serious about making risk free money, and last weekend proved this as I dropped in two £100.00 wins on Friday night alone. The weekend before I wasn't so successful, but I still managed to pick up £20.60 risk free.

Putting the results in order, and on the weekend ending Sunday 20th May, I won a total of £20.60. The breakdown of this was a £7.00 win on the (almost weekly) Live Casino £10.00 risk free offer and a £13.60 win playing 'Gladiator' on a Casino £5.00 risk free offer.

I can't find a screenshot for the £7.00 Casino win, I must have forgot to take one. I do though have a screenshot showing the £13.60 win from Gladiator....

The win was actually for £18.60 but this was with the final spin of my risk free £5, so I walked away at that point £13.60 up.

Onto the weekend ending Sunday £27th May and I had a couple of great wins. First I won playing Tennis Stars on a Casino £7.00 risk free offer, the screenshot below shows when I won £108.00, but I was already about £25 up when I dropped this win. I then lost a few quid as by this stage I was feeling lucky, in the end I exited the game with a profit of £113.00.

I then moved onto the £10.00 risk free Vegas promotion. I decided to play Harry Trotter and as I was nearing the end of my risk free £10.00 up popped the flashing sign saying 'Big Win' - and there it was, a £100.00 win. When I seen the 'Big Win' sign I was a bit hopeful and sceptical at the same time as I can imagine a bookie's interpretation of a big win being something like £10.00 or £20.00, so naturally I was delighted to see the £100.00 drop.

Again I was feeling quite lucky, so again I played a few more spins than I should have and this time I made do with a profit of £75.40.

The total profit from the two weekends amounted to £209.00 and was all earned playing the very generous William Hill offers. This now takes the total amount of Risk Free Money in the pot up to £550.18.

*When looking at the screenshot's please bear in mind that the Balances shown will vary and be inconsistent due to withdrawals and the fact that they are different accounts, ie, Casino, Sportsbook etc.

Betfred Free Bet cashed in

Yesterday seen more profits as I cashed in Betfred's £50 Free Bet offer to earn another £43.53 for the kitty. This latest 'earner' takes the total amount of risk free money earned up to £341.18.

I placed my qualifying bet over a week ago on an Italian league match, then yesterday I decided that the Championship Play-Off final between West Ham and Blackpool represented a good opportunity to cash in the free bet - depending on how things went in the first half hour.

The reason why it depended on the first 30 minutes was because I expected goals, but didn't want any before Over 2.5 goals reached 2/1. Sure enough there was no early goals and I got my £50 matched on Over 2.5 goals just before Carlton Cole (I know, Carlton Cole scored!) opened the scoring towards the end of the 1st half.

I then waited until half time hoping for a quick West Ham second (they missed an absolute sitter) or an instant response from Blackpool, and when it didn't come, I layed Over 2.5 goals on Betfair as soon as the half time whistle went to ensure a tidy profit.

Much to my annoyance Blackpool equalised about 2 minutes into the 2nd half, but I imagine that if I didn't trade out at a certain point (ie half time) I would probably end up letting the bet run and potentially end up not winning anything.

Looking at this over the long term taking a guaranteed profit is probably going to serve me better, for this reason I'm not going to kick myself, even though I did expect goals in this game and the free bet would have won had I let it run.

I lost £54.16 laying the bet on Betfair and my qualifying bet also cost me £2.31, in total a loss of £56.47. Taking this amount away from my £100 free bet winnings from Betfred left me with a nice profit of £43.53, a return of 87p in the £1 (£43.53 return from £50 free bet).

In the long run I would be more than happy to get over 80p to the £1 on every free bet offer available, but given there was an element of risk used in the tactic of needing a goal (with my free bet) I know this is probably going to be a tall ask in the long run (at a minimum yesterday I would have layed the £2.31 at some point ensuring a scratch trade at least).

For any readers who want to cash in on these free bets, just remember when placing your bets you will always need to lay your bets with a betting exchange - Betdaq or Betfair.

Free Bet Bagged

Not much activity to report this weekend, I had no luck with the £25 worth of risk free offers from William Hill, but I did manage to bag myself a £50 Free Bet with Betfred.

I played through all my Hill's offers on Saturday, there was the usual £10 Casino offer (email invitation only this week), a £5 offer to play the slots with Top Trumps which ran all day Saturday, and there still is a £10 offer to play Harry Trotter - which ends on 15th May, more info can be found here.....

To claim my Betfred free bet I had £50 on Lazio to beat Inter at 6/4, the odds on Inter were trading at 2.54 - 2.56 to lay on Betfair, which I thought was probably as good a match as I would find for my qualifying bet. It cost me £2.31 to match my bet, but I'll make that back as a bare minimum when it comes to using my £50 free bet.

I was a bit annoyed after placing my Lazio lay, as within 30 seconds they had gone sub 2.5 which meant I could have just about managed to scratch my qualifying bet, but never mind, I suppose these things will happen.

The other thing that annoyed me was that Lazio went on to win, when doing these qualifying bets it's far more convenient when the Betfair side of the trade wins. As I had backed Lazio to win on Betfred, it now means all the £125 is sitting in the Betfred account, when it would be far better for me when it comes to laying my free bet to have the money in Betfair.

It's also better when you lose with the bookies, as they will have you down as a mug punter and might throw more free offers at you to entice you back to them to waste your 'hard earned.'

Anyway, moan over and I now have 30 days to use my free bet, so plenty of time to keep my eye open for a good value opportunity :))

More Free Bets added this week

The more astute readers of this website will have noticed that I have managed to add another 2 Free Bets to our ever expanding list in the form of Ladbrokes (£50) and Titan Bet (£25). This now takes our list up to 16 Free Bets worth a total of £685.00.

Personally, I would still recommend using the Top Cash Back Link to open a Ladbrokes account as you still get the £50 free bet, as well as a £20 Cash Back.

No cash back links that I can find for Titan Bet, so we'll just have to make do with the £25 Free Bet, not a bad alternative I suppose.

Again, it's up to the individual how you wish to use your free bets. Just be sure to match up your qualifying bet with Betfair or Betdaq, that's the most important thing, as there is no point losing money on your way to obtaining the free bet. Also be sure to bet the full amount with your qualifying bet, £50 with Ladbrokes, £25 with Titan, that way you get the maximum amount to use on your free bet.

And rest assured, I am on the case trying to find plenty more risk free offers of this sort to help us to continue to fill our boots with more and more cash.

Money for old rope

On top of yesterday's William Hill Risk Free Casino win, I've also banked a bonus £45.45 from Top Cash Back just for opening Ladbrokes' and Coral's accounts and claiming their free bets.

To say this is money for old rope is an understatement. I've already previously cashed in the free bet offers and now I am adding another £45.45 to the risk free money pot just for the privilege of claiming free bets.

It's a bloody shame that I can't do this for all the bookmakers free bets out there, but there is still cash back offers available with Boylesports, Betfair and Paddy Power, as well as Coral and Ladbrokes.

There is no free bet available with Paddy Power through Top Cash Back, so I would recommend getting  the £50.00 Free Bet through this link instead . Similarly with Boylesports, there is £10.10 cash back available with a £20.00 free bet through Top Cash Back, while there is a £40.00 Free Bet available through this link.

Sometimes it pays to use Top Cash Back to open accounts, as it currently does in the case of Ladbrokes and Coral as you get their free bets as well as the cash back. Whereas if the cash back and free bets aren't both available, you have to decide which represents the best vale. In the cases of Boylesports and Paddy Power it makes more sense to follow the above links to their sites in order to get the Free Bets mentioned.

The £45.45 payment is highlighted in the red square in the screenshot below. For some reason there is another £25.75 outstanding from Ladbrokes, I haven't got a clue why, but I'm not going to turn it down if offered it (I'm only claiming money paid to me as money earned, not pending amounts such as the £25.75 shown below).

Biggest single earner to date

Yesterday seen my biggest win (or earner as I prefer to call it), as I recorded a £61.00 win playing Roulette with William Hill's very generous risk free £10.00 Casino offer - an offer which is there on an almost weekly basis.

I played my £10 on one hand (five £2 bets) and up popped No.3, to give me a nice £61.00 earner. Before the more astute readers point out that it should be £62.00 that I won, I accidentally put £3.00 on one of my numbers, meaning my total outlay was £11.00, instead of the £10.00.

Anyway, enough of that, this latest earner takes the risk free money pot up to £252.20.

There is a massive £22 in risk free offers available with William Hill over this weekend.

To start with there is a £5 games promotion available to be played before midnight tonight. There is then a Frankie Dettori's Magic Seven risk free £7 available to be used by midnight on Sunday, and to top it all off there is a £10 risk free Casino offer to also be used by midnight on Sunday 6th May.

All these offers are open to all and can be found on the William Hill home page, in the 'Promotions and Features' section about half way down on the right hand side......

A lesson in how not too do things

Last weekend I wrote about how I fully expected to take the Risk Free Profit Bank to over the £200 mark over that weekend - and so I bloody should have done.

I did intend to to cash in a couple of free bets that I never got around to. But the main reason why I was so confident of reaching this milestone was due to the £50 Free Bet offer from Bet365 to be used in-running during the Manchester City V Manchester United match.

Yes, this generous offer was supposed to make me an easy £20-£30, so why didn't it?

Well, the reason is because I let that old foe that is 'greed' take over and I also let my guard down with regard to my discipline as the gambler in me took over.

I matched my qualifying bet at a small loss of £2.70 on Sunday night, to make sure I was totally prepared come Monday. I then spent Monday deciding what bet to look to cash in on during the match.

I came up with an idea that if there was an early goal I would back Under 2.5 goals as I expected a tight game. If there was no early goal, then I would wait until HT to re-evaluate to situation.

After a lively-ish start to the match I got an idea in my head that there might be a couple of goals in the offing here, so as soon as Over 2.5 goals touched 2/1, I put the £50 on Overs.

I then watched and waited wondering if I had done my (risk free) dough as reality kicked in and I thought 0-0 or 1-0 either way again. Then bang on HT, I get my goal.

This is great, I can now trade out for a massive £50 risk free profit no matter what happens in the remainder of the match.

So what do I do? First I lay my £2.70 back to cover my qualifying bet, with the intention of getting out after the second goal.

In hindsight that was the moment when things went wrong because in only laying my qualifying bet amount I was committing myself to the staying in the bet until a second goal came along..... and as we all know, it never arrived.

So in the end I won bugger all, absolutely nothing when an easy 50 quid was just sitting there ready for the taking. To say I have been kicking myself all week would be an understatement, but I deserve it.

There is one slight positive to take out of this though, and that is the tactic of waiting for a good price on Over 2.5 goals in a game where plenty of goals is fairly guaranteed (not a Manchester Derby). If I could time this well - using a free bet obviously - like I did last Monday there could be good returns to be made.

I'm not saying that I will definitely adopt this tactic as it is gambling really, but it is an option that could be used on the odd occasion when there is a good probability of a favourable outcome - and after all, I don't want to be too rigid in my approach to this method of trading.

As all readers can see, over the past week I have been building up a list of free bets down the right hand side of the website. I have been able to secure some good personal offers especially for Betfree247 and I fully intend to add more to this list, so keep checking back for further updates and more free bets to cash in on.

Here's too more risk free profits - and I will definitely be passing the £200 mark this weekend.

There are free bets available with all the bookmakers listed in the column on the right hand side of this website. These can be used to bet free with by customers opening new accounts.

One win last weekend

Just the one win last weekend, it was again with the reliable William Hill and was for £9.25. I won it playing Frankie Dettori's Magnificent 7 on a Casino offer, this takes the risk free money pot up to £191.20.

The screenshot below shows the £7.00 win I had just before exiting and walking away. Discipline is crucial playing these offers, one night of indiscipline and playing beyond the offer could wreck weeks of profit.

It all seems to be holding up so far, let's hope it stays that way.

More great risk free bookmaker offers this weekend

Plenty of Risk Free offers available this weekend which if all goes well should see this website clearing the £200 Risk Free profit mark.

To start with William Hill Casino  have got a Risk Free £5 available to play on any slots games before the end of Sunday night. The link is on the Sportsbook homepage, all you need to do is click on the opt in button where it prompts you to.

I have also received the £10 Live Casino offer from Hill's which can be played on roulette or card games, I always go for the roulette myself. This offer is by email invitation only.

There is no definitive way of claiming this £10 Live Casino offer. Some weeks I get the offer, some I don't. I first heard of people getting them on Twitter, I only started to receive the emails shortly after I started playing the offers on their homepage, like the first one I have mentioned above.

Bet365 have sent me a very welcome email informing me that their generous £50 free bet offer to existing customers is on again on Monday night for the Manchester derby. It's a simple offer which has generated me over £44 risk free from the two previous times they have ran this offer.

On top of these two offers for existing customers I plan to really step up my efforts to opening new accounts with different bookmakers. I have been hunting around and I have found several new bookmakers whom I don't have accounts with already and I and my Missus (although she doesn't know it yet) plan to start opening accounts with these and using the free bets on offer.

I will of course keep updating this blog as and when I find these offers and what I plan to do, this week I am starting by cashing in on the £50 Free Bet available from Betfred.

There is also the usual array of bookmakers accounts available with Cash Back sites, with TopCashBack still offering cashbacks for opening accounts with Ladbrokes (£25.25), Paddy Power (£20.20), Betfair (£15.15), Coral (£20.20), Boylesports (£10.10) and 32Red (£15.15). The bookmakers can be found under the 'Entertainment and Leisure' section at the top of the home page, you can visit TopCashBack  here.....

Another £9 courtesy of William Hill

Not much activity to report this week due to various reasons, I was out all day Saturday watching the mighty Sky Blues get relegated. That was then followed by my daughters 3rd Birthday taking up the next couple of days of my time.

As a result of all this, I've not yet got round to taking advantage of the £30 free bet offer from Betdaq I mentioned last week. On top of that I am trying to find another way of benefiting from the offer, ie with a cash back offer or an affiliate based incentive.

I did though manage to find the time to 'earn' another Risk Free £9 from the very generous William Hill on Friday night, this time playing Chuzzle Slots on a £5 risk free Games promotion.

I lost £1 on my first spin, then landed a £10 win with my second go.....

.

.... and that was that, as I exited with my profit. This takes the overall risk free pot up to £181.95.

£30 Free Bet available from Betdaq

At last, Betdaq have come back with a worthwhile free bet offer, none of this commission based rubbish, this time it is a straight forward free £30.

Due to a combination of both laziness and then waiting for a free bet offer to come along, I don't yet have a Betdaq account, which is ridiculous really. As a regular user of Betfair, a Betdaq account is an essential tool in case of emergencies (ie, Betfair crashing) and they also offer a generous 3% commission, compared to Betfair's 5%.

I did previously intend to open a Betdaq account last Christmas when they were on the Cash Back sites, but for some reason they disappeared off them before I got round to registering with them.

With no cash back offer and no real free bet offer going at the time I decided to bide my time and wait until they offered either a decent free bet or went back onto the Cash back sites, or better still, both.

Sadly I've not found them on any of the Cash Back sites yet so I will just have to make do with the £30 free bet, I should be able to add around £15 risk free to the kitty with this free bet amount.

To open an account just click here.....

Another win at last

It's been a while since my last update, mainly down to a number of reasons - lack of wins, lack of offers and lack of time.

Alas I have something to write about as I added a nice £15.97 to the pot with a win on one of William Hill's two risk free offers last weekend.

There was no £10 Live Casino offer last week, but there was a £10 Vegas offer - on which I won playing slots - and there was a games offer of £7. A total of £17 risk free to gamble with.

The previous weekend to last was even better as their normal £10 Live Casino offer was topped up with a couple of Easter special offers which added up to a very generous risk free £22 in total. Unfortunately over Easter I drew a blank.

Not sure how much longer these offers are going to continue for, but the longer the better.

Another £26 risk free win

Like most weeks, I got an email this week from William Hill offering me a risk free £10 to be used in the Live Casino part of their Vegas section. These offers are invitation only and they come as well as the open to all offers that can be found on the homepage of your Hill's account.

I decided a few weeks back I was going to use one of two strategies with the Casino. To start with I always play Roulette (you can use the £10 on Blackjack) and I either have the full £10 on one the three columns (which pays 2/1), or I play five numbers twice (using the numbers from my children's birthdays).

Tonight I used the five numbers strategy, the first go drew a blank, but on the second go No.4 came in, giving me a nice return of £26. As is always the case, I then quit playing the Casino straight away. No 'just one more go,' I clicked straight on the little X in the corner to close the window.

This latest win takes the Risk Free Pot's total earnings up to £156.98 since my relaunch on the 5th February 2012. Not a retirement fund by any means, but it is now starting to develop into a tidy little sum, and all for just a few hours work - and over half off these profits have come from the very generous William Hill

Use Cashback sites for more risk free money

I've been on numerous gaming websites over the years that tell you they can make you hundreds of pounds using bookmakers free bets etc, and I have no doubt that they do so. There is though, one method of getting our hands on free money that I've never seen on any of these gaming websites before, and that method is by using Cash Back Sites.

Cash Back Sites are something I have only stumbled across over the past 18 months or so, but by the looks of things people have been cashing in on their offers for a few years now.

Basically these sites give you money just for opening bookmakers accounts and meeting certain qualifying criteria. This criteria is easily obtained, it is generally depositing a modest amount (say £20-£40) and gambling it once - and for doing this, the Cash Back Sites will reward you with payments of between £10 and £20, it couldn't be easier.

The two sites I have used over the past few months is Top Cash Back and Quidco. In general both of these sites use the same bookmakers with similar cash back amounts, with the exception of the odd different bookie and amount of cash back here or there.

Top Cash Back is my preference of the two, mainly because I find the site more easy to navigate, and because it is free to join. Quidco costs £5, but you don't pay that until you start earning cash backs, so in theory it doesn't actually cost you any hard earned cash.

There is though a real jewel in the crown with using Cash Backs Sites - and that is because in the case of some bookmakers you can claim these cash back offers and also claim the bookmaker's free bets - it's a win win situation.

At the moment with Top Cash Back you can get a £20 cash back for joining Ladbrokes, along with a £50 free bet. You can also get a £20 cash back for joining Coral, along with a £30 free bet. It really is money for old rope.

In the case of Ladbrokes you need to deposit and gamble £20 to qualify for the cash back - you would be staking £50 anyway to qualify for the maximum free bet amount. In the case of Coral, you need to stake £25 to qualify for the cash back, but again, you would be staking £30 for the maximum free bet.

So as you can see, you will qualify for the cash backs if you stake the amount needed to claim the maximum available on the free bets.

With Top Cash Back you can currently get the following cash backs for opening accounts with Ladbrokes - £20.20 (as well as £50 free bet), Coral - £20.20 (as well as £30 free bet),  Paddy Power - £20.20, Betfair - £15.15, Boylesports - £10.10 and 32Red Bet - £15.15. There is £100 in cash backs, without the free bets.

Quidco currently offers cash backs with Ladbrokes - £20.00 (as well as £50 free bet), Coral - £20 (as well as £30 free bet), Paddy Power - £20, Betfair - £10, William Hill - £12, 32Red Bet - £15 and Racing UK - £20.

Another trick to use here is patience. I've noticed that offers with some bookmakers have come and gone - with regard to free bets and cash backs. Rather than going crashing in and just signing up to anything and everything, why not just wait and see if a bookmaker decides to stick it's head above the parapet with a knock out offer?

At the moment the Ladbrokes and Coral's offers are a must. Can't see them being bettered any time soon.

Don't worry if you already have an account with the bookies in question. In the case of Ladbrokes, I already had an account with them - but my Missus didn't, so she opened one and claimed the free bet.

For anyone interested in taking advantage of these offers please feel free to get in touch if any further information or help is required.

Another £26 from Mr William Hill

More free cash from William Hill in the early hours of Friday morning when I made a profit of £26 from their risk free £7 offer to play 'Frankie Dettori's Magic Seven' game.

I put £7 in the Casino to play it. I was playing £1 spins and was on my penultimate go when I landed the Bonus feature, and as the screenshot below shows, I won £32.

I then immediately logged out and walked away with a nice risk free profit of £26. This latest win takes the overall risk free profit's kitty up to £130.98 since I started on 6th February 2012.

As is usually the case, Hills have offers on again this weekend. There is a risk free £10 Casino offer on again - as there often is at the weekends. And also with it being St Patrick's day, there's a risk free £5 available to play on the Leprechauns Luck slots.

May the luck of the Irish be with us all playing these games ;-)

Ton up thanks to free bet offer from Bet365

I passed the £100 milestone on Wednesday thanks to the latest generous £50 free bet offer from Bet365, this time on Chelsea V Napoli last night.

It's the second one of these Free Bet offers I have picked up free money on lately, the same deal was available at the start of February on the Liverpool V Tottenham match, when I picked up £25 risk free.

It wasn't quite as productive this time round as I only picked up £19.13 from last night's match.

My qualifying bet cost me £1.06 to match. I backed Chelsea for £50 at 1.7 with Bet365, returning a £35 win. I layed Chelsea on Betfair at 1.7 pre match, at a cost of £36.06, resulting in the small £1.06 loss.

I could have layed them at a cheaper price had I held on (I did see 1.66 pre match), but they had been backed in that much I struggled to see the price coming in much more when it hit 1.7.

This qualified me to claim the £50 free bet in running. I placed the free bet at half time to avoid the risk of a goal mucking things up (I generally try to do it this way). The importance of getting the trades nailed down during the half time break was quickly shown as John Terry made it 2-0 almost immediately after the restart.

The general problem I find though is that the price difference between Bet365 and Betfair is that far apart, that it is hard to find a market to hedge the bet with.

In the end I had to settle for backing Under 2.5 goals with Bet365 for £50 at 1.83, paying £41.50 if it won. I then layed Under 2.5 goals on Betfair at 1.98 giving me a £20.19 green on Overs and roughly £20 red on Unders - so I was guaranteed a return from either Bet365 or Betfair no matter what happened.

It would have been more profitable to have found a market at around the 3.5 to 4 mark, this gives you a bigger win ratio as your £50 is winning between £125 and £150, but you also need a lot of money in your Betfair account to cover the lay side of the trade, and unfortunately all my money was tied up last night, meaning I had to do a short priced trade.

Anyway, I pocketed a risk free profit of £19.13 which is better than nothing, taking my total risk free profit's to £104.98 in just over a month. A small milestone, but a milestone none the less.

£9.80 profit from William Hill's risk free fiver

More risk free profits tonight when I dropped a £9.80 win with William Hill's latest £5 risk free offer on their X-Men game.

I broke my spins down into two £2.50 spins. On the first spin I got £1.00 back, then I had a second go and dropped a nice £13.80 win, giving me an overall risk free profit of £9.80.

This particular offer wasn't on their homepage, it was an e-mail offer I received on Monday and had to be used by Tuesday night.

There is however currently two more offers on their home page that are available to everyone. The first one is a Cheltenham £10 Risk Free offer to be used on instant win Vegas games to be played before Midnight on Friday.

The second is £7 risk free to be played on Frankie Dettori's Magic Seven in the Casino between now and 23.59 on Saturday.

I can't stress just how good these offers are, you just can't lose with them. I would urge anyone who has got an account to use these offers, and anyone who hasn't got a William Hill account, to click here and get one now.

The overall risk free profit bank now stands at £85.85, and there is also another generous £50 Free Bet offer to come on Wednesday in the Chelsea V Napoli game from Bet365.

£16.05 risk free profit from Coral free bet offer

More risk free money in the kitty today after making a nice easy £16.05 profit from the Coral Free Bet I wrote about just over a week ago.

The screenshot's below show how I put the £30.00 Coral Free Bet on Anzhi @ 6/5, which would have won £36.00. The 2nd screenshot shows how I layed Anzhi for £16.90 (£16.05 after commission) on Betfair.

There was just under £20.00 red (loss) on Betfair had Anzhi won. But that £20.00 would have been covered by the £36.00 I would have won with Coral, basically, no matter what the result I was guaranteed around £16.00.

When the £20.00 cash back is paid, I will have made over £36.00 just for opening a Coral account and claiming the free bet.

The game actually finished 0-0 which resulted in the Betfair side of the trade winning. I would always rather have the money end up in the Betfair or Betdaq account rather than the bookies accounts.

The more often you lose with the bookies, the better the customer you are in their eyes. This should result in the bookmaker wanting your custom, meaning in some cases they might offer you free bets to entice you to use them more.

When/if they do, we just do what I've done today - and use them for a nice profit instead, rather than the other way around.

The overall risk free profit fund now stands at £76.05, and I still have the cash back to add on.

More William Hill risk free offers

As is the case every weekend, William Hill are again offering a risk free offer, this week it is a free £10 to use in their Live Casino.

Unlike most weeks, I'm happy to say that this weekend I landed a nice winner of £30 (or at least the Missus did, as it was her account that won) .

As can be seen from the above screenshot, £10 was deposited, £6 gambled and £36 won, giving me a nice profit of £30.

And I've still got the free offer from my own account to play.

There is also an offer to play 'Top Trumps World Football Stars' at the Casino with a risk free fiver, I can't pretend to know what that is, as I haven't a clue, but it's obviously a Casino game that they are trying to promote.

Anyway, like I say there is a risk free £5 available to use before 23.59 hrs on Sunday night, so play it I will at some stage on Sunday - safe in the knowledge I get my fiver back if it losses.

There is also a decent looking cash back offer of £12 currently available with Quidco and a free bet of £25 should anyone's Missus or other half feel the need to open an account.

There are free bets available with all the bookmakers listed in the column on the right hand side of this website. These can be used to bet free with by customers opening new accounts.

Fancy around £80 in free cash?

Who wouldn't! Sounds too good to be true, but it is 100% true as there is currently a couple of great offers available involving a combination of free bets and Cash Back Sites.

Basically at the moment if you open a Ladbrokes and Coral account through Top Cash Back site you can claim £40 in cash backs and £80 in free bets. The '£80 free cash' total is based on a theory of a guaranteed return of 50% (£40) on the free bets, along with the £40 cash back.

It is easy to get a 50% return on your free bets, you just match up your qualifying bet by laying it on Betfair or Betdaq to break even. Then all you need to do is lay off a percentage of your free bet, again with Betfair or Betdaq, to ensure a risk free return of about 50% of your free bet.

Or if you wish to do so, you can just pocket the £40 cash back and use the free bets for outright wagers, the choice is yours.

At the moment I'm sitting on a nice cash back return and I have my £30 Coral free bet ready to cash in. The screenshot below shows this where it says 'Bonus Funds;....

I've also enclosed a screenshot of my (Missus') Top Cash Back account, don't ask my why the Ladbrokes cash back is showing £25.25, as I don't know. It is advertised as £20.20, and that is what I was expecting. I got both the Ladbrokes and Coral cash backs just by placing the qualifying bets for the free bets.

These are the best two offers available at the moment and I don't expect them to last forever. Don't worry if you already have these bookies accounts, just open the Top Cash Back account in your Missus' name (and then obviously do the same for the bookies accounts), she'll love the cash back site as it's shopping based.

Please feel free to leave feedback on any experiences with using Cash Back Sites. Equally, for anyone unsure of how they work, just contact me and I'll be happy to help.

£10 Risk Free at the Live Casino with William Hill

This may feel like a bit of  Deja Vu, but William Hill are again offering a Risk Free £10 at their Live Casino this weekend.

Again, with a feeling of Deja vu, I've just played through mine with no success. I'm going to have to work out a strategy here, whether to just play the whole £10 on red or black, or have 10 single numbers, etc, and just walk away if it wins - or get it back if it losses.

Anyway, the offer is on until 23.59 tonight (26/02/12) and comes on the back of the same Risk Free £10 offer two weeks ago.

It's on the homepage, so offer is open to all (sometimes they are email invitation only). To qualify all you need to do is follow the link on the middle-to-bottom right hand side of the Sportsbook home page, from there click on the 'Claim Now' button and then go to the 'Live Casino' and play.

Don't forget, it's a maximum of £10 that will be refunded, go over that and you're losing your own money.

Good Luck

PS, there is an attractive looking £50.50 Cashback available with Top Cash Back if you sign up for William Hill Casino through Friday to Sunday (just click the link and put 'William Hill Casino' in the search box at the top). There is mixed reviews on the site with regard to the Cashback, so be careful to read through before taking the plunge.

But if you want to join the Casino anyway, what have you got to lose? The two offers are in no way related, the Risk Free £10 is available through your Sportsbook account.

A risk free win with William Hill

I've just had a nice free and easy £5 win with the generous William Hill on yet another of their Risk Free £5 promotions.

I just logged into my account to check to see if there was any offers (as I regularly do), and low and behold there was a £5 risk free offer to play Vegas.

So play it I did, and instead of messing around and spending half the night on it (as I have done in the past), I just put a straight £5 on Red, and up she popped.

That's another fiver in the kitty. See overall results here.

Another William Hill Offer

This time it's a Risk Free £5 on offer to play at Vegas with William Hill, again, if you only gamble the £5, you will get it back if you are unsuccessful, so you can't lose.

Just played through mine, and unfortunately I lost.

After spending about 30 minutes on the Risk Free £10 offer on the Casino last week, I decided on a change of tactics. I just had 10, 50p bets on outright numbers tonight, if one comes in, then it's happy days and I walk away with a nice easy profit, if it doesn't win - as was the case tonight - then I get my fiver back.

Last week when playing with the Risk Free £10 my account was up one minute and down the next, eventually ending £10 down. I was doing corner bets, red or black, 2/1 column bets, etc, it went on for ages, and ultimately I lost.

I was about £5 up at one stage, and in hindsight I obviously should have walked away then, after all it was 50% profit on the original offer. Knowing when to take my profit (if any) is obviously a difficult balance to strike, last week I thought £5 wasn't enough, on reflection I think I may have got that wrong.

£10 Risk Free at the Live Casino with William Hill

Bit short on notice with this one, but William Hill  are offering a risk free £10 bet on their Casino before the end of Sunday night, the offer expires at 23.59 hrs on Sunday 12th February, UK time.

£25 Profit from Bet365 free bet offer

Monday night's £50 in-running free bet offer from Bet365 on the Liverpool V Tottenham game resulted in a nice, risk free £25 profit.

For my qualifying bet I backed Liverpool with Bet365 at Even money, to my surprise about 30 minutes before kick off they had come in to 1.94-195 on Betfair, which was basically an arb. As a result of this I was able to place my qualifying bet for free, as opposed to losing out on a quid or two as is usually the case.

For my free bet, things weren't as easy. I tried to place it at half time so that a goal or a red card couldn't completely ruin the process by turning the market on it's head, but it was easier said than done as absolutely no market had a price in which the odds on Betfair and Bet365 were comparable  - they were all miles apart.

In the end I used my Bet365 free bet to back 0-0, for which I got 3.4 about 5 minutes into the 2nd half. I could only lay that at 3.85 on Betfair, which was a lot higher than I wanted it to be.

Put simply, the gap between the two prices was too large, and due to me flapping around as the 2nd half was under way I got my calculations slightly wrong. As a result of this I ended up with a larger profit on the Betfair (around £35) side of the trade,  than the Bet365 (£25) side of things.

All this could have been avoided if I had acted quicker at half time and used the Bonus Bagging calculator which works out the amount you need to put on each side of the trade to come out with equal profit.

Which brings me nicely onto the issue of the Bonus Bagging service. Although I probably should have profited to the tune of £30, rather than £25, I still won. The £25 has almost on it's own paid the cost to join Bonus Bagging (£27).

I know I didn't need to be a member to know about this trade, but it does help that the service emails me when ever any of these sorts of offers are on. This on it's own can be priceless, and as I said, it has as good as paid for the service.

Liverpool V Tottenham free bet offer from Bet365

Monday night sees Liverpool hosting Tottenham in the Premier League. Over the weekend I received an email from the excellent Bonus Bagging service alerting me to the fact that Bet365 are offering another free in play bet up to a maximum of £50 on this match.

To qualify all I need to do is have a £50 bet pre kick off with Bet365, which I'll lay on Betfair to break even (it will probably result in a small loss of around £1 to £2).

Then I will do the in running free bet, probably at half time so the price can't change too much due to a goal or sending off, etc. After I have done the in-running free bet, I'll partially lay it on Betfair to ensure a profit.

The way I will do it will see a guaranteed profit, working on a theory that the free bet is an even money shot, I'll guarantee a profit of around £25, as I would only partially lay the bet on Betfair.

I would stand to win £50 from Bet365 if the bet wins, but my lay on Betfair would only be for £25 of the even money shot, ensuring a profit of £25 no matter what happens.

Bet365 have done a couple of these offers recently. I don't use them myself these days, but it is always worth having an account for these sort of offers, and the Bonus Bagging service certainly comes in handy for alerting me to the offers.
